Volume flow measuring device for emission monitoring, FLOWSIC100

 
 

The purged versions of the FLOWSIC100 product family are used for gases with high concentrations of sticky or wet dust. The purging of the transducers prevents heavy contamination of the sensor surface - also at very high gas temperatures. The FLOWSIC100 PM with its medium ultrasound power is especially suited for measurements in stacks with medium diameters. The FLOWSIC100 PH with a high ultrasound power and the FLOWSIC100 PH-S with a very high ultrasound power are suitable for high stack diameters and also for applications with high dust content. The rugged titanium transducer offer high durability. The standard version consists of 2 sender/receiver units, 1 purge air unit and 1 MCU control unit. The MCU is used for input and output of signals, for calculation of volume flow to reference conditions (standardization) as well as user-friendly LCD interface.
