Volume flow measuring device for emission monitoring, FLOWSIC100

 
 

The "AC" versions have an innovative internal cooling of the transducers and are suitable for applications with gas temperatures up to 450 °C. The system works with a special cooling circuit without an input of cooling air into the measuring medium. The FLOWSIC100 H-AC has a high ultrasound power and is therefore ideal for ducts with large diameters, as well as for applications with high dust content. The FLOWSIC100 M-AC with its medium ultrasound power is ideal for ducts with medium diameters.

Rugged titanium transducers are standard and suitable under difficult conditions. The measuring system consists of 2 sender/receiver units and a control unit MCU with integrated blower unit. The MCU is used for input and output of signals, for calculation of volume flow to reference conditions (standardization) as well as user-friendly LCD interface.
